The primary responsibility of the City Attorney is the protection of the legal interests of the City of Morgantown. The City Attorney serves as general counsel to the City and provides advice to the Mayor and Council, City Boards and Commissions, City Administration and City Departments. The City Attorney’s Office cannot give legal advice or provide legal representation to private citizens. |
